Artist Application for TinkerMill's Community Art Gallery

Thank you for taking the time to read and submit this application. We are glad to consider your art to be featured. 

Important Dates for December Show: 

  • Application Deadline: Friday, November 25th
  • Accepted Artists Notified: Wednesday, November 30th
  • Art Delivery: Wednesday, December 7th
  • Opening Show: Friday, December 9th 6:00PM
  • Art Pick Up: Wednesday, February 1st


Entry Fees:
There is no cost to the artist to host your artwork. Commission collected on art sold, see below.


  • Your entry may include 1 – 5 pieces, approved by TinkerMill gallery committee
  • Art can be 2D, 3D or photography
  • Art must be original and not copies from a published photo or creations of other artist.
  • All art must be displayed with label, including Artist Name, Title, Medium, Price
  • Artists can print, or TinkerMill will provide
  • All hanging entries must have a properly attached hanging wire installed
  • 3D artists should provide display pedestals
  • TinkerMill gallery committee reserves the right to reject artwork entry
  • There is no size limit. If display require additional supports, artists must provide
  • TinkerMill gallery committee will determine final placement of art


  • Art is sold on consignment by TinkerMill, sales tax will be added to list price
  • TinkerMill will collect 30% (non-members) or 15% (members) on all work sold.
  • Total commission is paid via check at pick-up date.
  • Artist will be notified of sale and asked to replace sold art
  • Customer can walk out with art at time of sale, unless noted by artist on inventory list that they want to coordinate pick-up/delivery
